As a valued partner, your organization and its members have exclusive access to Compound Training Co.’s private fitness and recovery amenities. Use this page to complete onboarding, review facility guidelines, and access resources specific to your partnership.

Getting Started

To access your partner facility, each member must complete the required onboarding steps below. These ensure a smooth setup and secure access for everyone.

  1. Complete the Membership Application – includes your liability waiver and contact verification.

  2. Upload a Recent Photo – used for your member profile.

  3. Verify Your Work Email – Only verified work emails will be accepted for approval. Submissions using personal email addresses may delay processing.

After your submission is reviewed and approved, your mobile access credentials will be sent to you by email.

Compound Training Co. House Rules.

To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please review the guidelines below. Violations may result in suspended or revoked access.

  • Wipe down all equipment after use and return items to their proper place.

  • Wear appropriate athletic apparel and clean footwear at all times.
    Be respectful—no disruptive behavior, profanity, or unsafe movement around others.

  • Personal headphones are required on the training floor.
    External speakers or loud music are not permitted to ensure a calm, focused environment for all members.

  • Keep the training floor clear. Bags must stay in lockers or the locker room.
    Compound Training Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Take phone calls outside the training area. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
    Filming or photography requires prior approval to protect members’ privacy.

  • Limit use of any machine or station to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
    Please share equipment courteously during peak hours.

  • Store personal items neatly and remove them promptly after your session.
    Do not leave belongings overnight; lockers are cleared daily.

  • We take pride in providing a high-end experience. Help us uphold that standard by respecting the space, staff, and fellow members at all times.

Below are answers to common questions from our partner members to help ensure a smooth experience at Compound Training Co.

For any additional questions, please submit an inquiry via our Support Form.

  • Once your membership application and waiver are approved, you’ll receive an email with mobile access credentials. Access is granted through your verified company email and phone number.

    Follow the setup instructions in your confirmation email to get started.

  • Partner access is available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–7:00 PM.
    Hours may vary on holidays or for facility maintenance.

    Any updates will be shared via email in advance.

  • At this time, access is limited to weekdays. Weekend access may be offered in the future depending on demand and partnership agreements.

  • The facility is reserved exclusively for authorized partner members. Guests are not permitted unless pre-approved for a private training session or company event.

  • Yes. Partner members have the option to book personal training or recovery services directly with Compound Training Co.
    For details, please complete a Contact Form and select “Training Inquiry.”

  • Lockers are available for day use. Please remove personal items after your session.
    Compound Training Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please verify that you’re using the correct phone number and email associated with your account.

    If issues persist, submit a Contact Form with your full name, company, and a description of the problem. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  • Access is reserved for active employees of our partner organizations.
    We are notified directly by your employer if your status changes, and access will be removed accordingly. All memberships must be registered under a verified work email.
